Vouchers & Confirmation
Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Within 48 hours (often on the very same day!) you will receive a voucher confirming all details.
You can present either a paper or an electronic voucher for this activity.
Once your booking is confirmed, we will email a voucher link to the Lead Traveler's email address. You can print the voucher and present it on the day of travel. Or if you travel with a mobile device, simply present your Photo ID and your e-voucher on the day of travel

We had an amazing time! Although our Bus did not pick us up we had a taxi instead in the morning, advised and known with a message to our concierge. Pick up back to our hotel was great and we had the best day at Disney!

Great day - had Monday as our host, good value - just the right amount of time and saw most of the highlights we wanted too. Stopped at a number of sights and this gave us the chance to look around and buy gifts. Highly recommend Monday as a host !!

Booked the tour from Hollywood with a hopper so that we could visit both Parks. Why drive when you can go by coach and see the scenery without worrying where you are going? The extra cost of the coach is still cheaper for four people than driving and paying for parking, even cheaper for 2 or 3. We were unlucky that the first passengers were 15 minutes late which meant everyone else had to wait for their pick up, however the worst part was that as a result of their lateness we got caught in the morning rush hour and were 45 minutes late arriving at the Parks. Dont be the one to be late and spoil it for others. Even so, it was still worth every penny and so relaxing to unwind on the coach after an exhausting day rather than stress driving back. If you are the designated driver make sure you book this tour!

It was definitely the way to go for us as we had no idea how to get to Disneyland, so to have someone pick you up and drop you off at the end of the day was great. Disneyland was great!!

The tour was good. The bus was late picking us up both from the hotel in the morning and from Disney in the evening but aside from this, everything was great. It was very convenient to have transportation to and from the park, worry free. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The pick up was fine and timely, Disneyland was great, but when we got picked up at the park at 8:15 we were taken to a garage under an outdoor mall where we had to wait almost an hour for our bus back to the hotel.

The Disneyland is open from 8 am to 12 midnight. Your bus did not drop us at the attraction until 10.30 am and was asked to be back by 6.30 pm. When protested we were given the option to stay till 10 pm provided we pay additional $5 per person. The disney ticket is for the whole day. We felt we were cheated out of time and money. As tourist we do not have a second chance to see these places. So when we book a tour we expect to make the maximum use of time and money. Because of this shortened time we missed out on serveral attractions. Very disappointing. Will not use your services again.
