The bus was very prompt to pick us up from our hotel in the morning. The tour guides were helpful, friendly and funny and it was a great way to see Stars Homes, Sunset Strip, Rodeo Drive and other sights such as Mann's Chinese Theatre. We were also returned to our hotel after the tour at no extra cost and were thoroughly glad we chose to go on this!

Very impressed with the tour. My wife and I loved it....but..... I believe this had a lot to do with the tour guide we had. He made the tour extra special with his expert knowledge, interesting facts and tremendous character....Well done Brian Donnelly

It was a great tour except that it was too hot. I did not expect that the bus would not have a top, for summer it's too hot.

We were also booked into the hop on hop off during another day and that was great. This one fell short. We had our three young adults with us 16, 17 and 21 years. The tour guide was terrific, however probably in his early 60's and many of the stories he recounted were of old stars that even my husband and I did not know, and we are hitting 50! I also found that it was disappointing that many of the homes he pointed out were homes that stars USED to live in, one, two, twenty years ago. While some of that is interesting, we would really have liked to know who is living in that house now and where the stars of TODAY live. (And I should say stars, music icons as well, for the younger generations music is probably equal to or more important than big screen stars).
So while it was ok, compared to the other tours we've done in North America and in Europe, it could use some fine tuning.
Having said that, again, your organization of this tour is amazing, from pick up at our hotel to assigning hundreds of people to their buses in the morning, was all exemplary!

We were late and missed the tour the day we were supposed to go on it. They kindly told us we could do it the following day instead. The tour itself was disappointing - we did not see very many homes and the tour operator got ticked off that we stayed too long at the lookout where we could see the Hollywood sign. The bus should be double decker. The one we had seemed like a school bus.
