Its was a heavy raining day, which is not starline fault of course but, the bus inside was leaking everywhere, every seat was soaked and when the bus would put its brakes on the water would cascade from the top level all over you. The bus its self was an disgusting and every bus was the same except for one on the purple line that was clean and dry. If the water wasnt bad enough because it was raining we had to sit undercover and the fumes from the exhust of the bus were sickining. i felt like i was being gassed to death, it made myself and my partner very ill and made the trip unberable. One bus broke down which again is no one fault but with the state of the bus i was surprised it is even allowed to be driven on the road. The replacement bus that came was an opened bus, no windows or walls. Which would be great if it was a sunny day, BUT IT WASNT it was raining and cold and windy and you send us an open bus, how stupid could you be. I then had to hide behind my umbrealla and freeze and get wet by passing cars. It was a joke. I could not believe such a bus would be operating on such a day. i then hopped off at one of your officers to get my money back but lucky for you it was closed. Also the pickup and drop of points are very poorly signed and explained over the phone. We missed several buses becauses of bad signage and the person on the phone telling us to wait in the wrong spot. Overall I was very disgusted to use such a service and have now been sick for the first week and a half of my holiday because of your operating procedures. I can and will make sure I let every person and more that I know back home in Australia not to use any of your services in the future. Your tour made the start of our holiday the worst experience I have ever had by any tour operator. The subway at 2am felt cleaner and safer to use. Several of your buses should be taken of the road.

My experience was doomed from the start. I was given the wrong information over the phone with the booking agency. The tele-agent said that I could present my voucher on my iPhone to the check in booth in on Hollywood Blvd. in Los Angeles. This was not the case, and the people at the desk in the Hollywood Blvd. kiosk sent me on a wild goose chase to print my voucher, when they could have scanned it from my phone. What age are we living in? Its the 21st Century. Electronic check in should be available. Also, the tele-agent told us that the tour ran until 9pm. This was not the case. The bus was scheduled to make its last stop at the origin on Hollywood Blvd. at 9pm. We booked this tour because the agent told us buses would run for pick up until 9pm. Also, after being unable to even use our voucher because the kiosk people wouldnt scan it or count it unless it was in paper form, we lost over an hour of tour time. This when we were already checking in for the 24 hour tour at 5pm. We did not get on the bus until 6 because of poor customer service. We missed two buses in the process. Another mistake made by the tele-agent was her recommendation that our party of 4 purchase two 24hour tickets and 2 48hour tickets without telling us that the "hours" were literal - that we could use the tickets from 5pm one day to 5pm the next day. When we finally did get on the bus, we were disappointed that the tour was given by a recording and not a real person! Sitting on the top level of the bus, we couldnt even hear the recording! In the end, we paid about $200 for poor service and a car ride. We didnt learn anything, and also there was something on the bus that gave my son such bad sinus problem, we had to get off. We enjoyed our time picking up medication at Rite Aid more than your excuse for a tour. If you have a choice, please do not select this bus tour company. It will only give you heartache.

The buses did not depart on time and was not leaving as scheduled in the leaflets. The "guides" who presented the sightseeing spots during the tour was a taped product and the problem was that the driver changed routes and due to this it was impossible to follow the marks and spots to be seen. Find a different company. here are lots of companies offering the same service or hopefully a better service.
