The day started out very stressful as no one was sent to pick us up after confirming twice both 1 and 2 days before. after numerous phone calls as the booking agency did not help, I finally got someone to come get us. The tour itself was well done. Another 15 minutes @ the Chinese Graumen theater and walk of fame would have been better for our own time.
The rset was very good and well presented.

I was very disappointed that no airport pickup was available from the Doubletree Hotel. This doubled my costs for the tour.

The tour it was really great! But the Hotel pick up was 1.5 hrs before the tour and took another 1.5 hours after the tour to get to our Hotel!! But staff was polite and friendly

We found the tour to be a very good overview of everything we were interested in seeing. Now we know what we what to see in more detail in the future. The bus was comfortable and the driver very good. The guide, I believe his name was "Roger" was very knowlegable and proffessional with a clear stronge voice. The gentleman who was assisting Roger" was very helpful for us and others. The tour of celebrity homes was interesting altough not near as comfortable. The guide did a good job.

Four star...the guide was knowledgeable but we felt that there was too much about the movie business and not enough about the city govt and also defense business in LA.
Movies are not the entire tale....also water history should be stressed.
Our charming driver for hotel pick up gave us as much history and pointed out sights as the professional guide!!

Excellent tour and guide. Was mix up on day as my group had not been given the correct tickets by the kiosk re out vouchers and did not get tickets that included stars homes. did not know out ticket was incorrect until we got on first bus. Tour guide sorted out for us very quickly though without trouble and we got both tours. Very good but did not know stars homes was open top and my husband was unrepaired but guide let him sit in front. Again guide very good and knowledgable. Great day overall but tiring in the heat! We thought that it was a bit unorganised at first and a lot of waiting around and being moved from queue to queue but fine once we got going.
