If you cancel between 6 and 3 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee.

Vouchers & Confirmation
Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Within 48 hours (often on the very same day!) you will receive a voucher confirming all details.
You can present either a paper or an electronic voucher for this activity.
Once your booking is confirmed, we will email a voucher link to the Lead Traveler's email address. You can print the voucher and present it on the day of travel. Or if you travel with a mobile device, simply present your Photo ID and your e-voucher on the day of travel

Proceeds From This Tour Help Inner City Kids Fly! A major portion of the proceeds from this trip are directly donated to Tomorrow's Aeronautical Museum, a non-profit organization that teaches inner city kids how to fly. TAM is also our sister company and an outreach program, which inspires inner city youth to stay off the streets and follow their dreams. With TAM's After School Program, inner city kids study to become young pilots. Some of TAM's pilots have already set WORLD RECORDS and captivated America's attention from CNN to MSNBC to the White House!
